What it does.

• Tilt-to-guess play. Hold the iPhone to your forehead, screen facing the room. Friends shout clues; tilt down to mark a card correct, tilt up to pass. Haptics and sound confirm each card without lowering the phone.
• 24 themed decks, 1653 cards. 20 decks are free. Cards rotate between rounds so decks stay fresh across multiple parties.
• Fully offline. No account, no login, no internet connection required. Nothing to set up before playing.
• One phone for the whole group. Players pass the phone between rounds and compare scores at the end.
• One-time purchases. Premium decks cost $0.99–$1.99 each, exactly once, and support Family Sharing. There is no subscription tier at any price.
• Private by design. No ads, no third-party analytics, no data collection. The App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected."

Choose it when

Right room, right game.

• A group is already together and exactly one person has a phone.
• You want zero setup: no cards, no board, no rules speech, no accounts.
• You are offline — a road trip, a flight, a cabin with no signal.
• You want a party game you buy once instead of subscribing to.
• Your group wants its specific flavor of chaos: drag queens, romantasy tropes, reality TV, anatomy terms, or an explicitly 18+ round.

Probably not the best choice if

Fair warning.

• Your group is on Android or iPad — Forehead Party will not run there.
• You want remote play with friends in other places.
• You want video replays of the guessing chaos — the app deliberately does not record anything.
